Ain't nothing exciting behind the nick I'm afraid Kizzie.
I had to think of something and I'd just bumped into an old colleague who everyone called Nobby cos he was basically a complete knob who most people wouldn't piss on if he was on fire (he probably wouldn't enjoy it and it would just be a waste).
I was to lazy to think of anything else and nobby the knob got shortened to nobbynob!!
