That's not Julia Roberts at all. 20 seconds into the clip it says that the next day at 7 PM E! is going to have a special on Julia Roberts. And maybe you all are better at identifying this person that me but if you stop it at 2:23 seconds you can catch the face on the replay before they throw the blur back onto it, also definitely not Julia Roberts.
