Try as Q suggests!
I have IrfanView. With the plugins it does play .wmv files.
But in saying that, I would imagine you have allready tried several differant players!

I have also tryed with my Nero Player, result is the same

and it seems it`s not the file as herself,

sometimes when I have restarted and try it again all players will play this file without any problem

dont know what to hell is going on

but MPEG or MOV or AVI files never make probs to me
