Thank you for years I have been looking for a series from this event from which only one photo was published in Penthouse many years ago in their Jubilee issue! Thank you marvellous act for civilization!

this gives a link that gives some more information about the event, which took place for the 30th years jubilee edition of Penthouse Magazine in September 1999. (Sorry if this link contains video images - perhaps wrongly posted here, but it give the answer to the question).
