From what I can say from the title, they had a ninja hanging up side down the wall and holding a camera.

Just from a technical aspect, clips 6,7,8,9, were shot in a senior high school (16 to 18) because of the type of gym shoes and blue knickers that the girls were wearing....
Japanese 'squat' toilets are within a wooden raised dias. I would imagine it's easy to install a pinhole camera on an endoscope (pretty cheap in Japan.)and attach it to a video camera........ I don't speak from exerience you understand.......

I can clear up how the photography is done. That'll be Wogga with an endoscope camera clenched between his teeth...

All I can say is superb, more please, these shots are taken by a remote controlled camera attached to the toilet rim.
