I remember reading once that one thing different about a female cat's anatomy is that they only have one opening for vagina/urethra: the urethra joins into the vagina internally. This allows them to 'charge' their vagina full of piss, then use all their vaginal muscles to blast it out. This seems to be an evolutionary development that helps them to spray to mark their territory. It kinda seems like what this woman is doing actually!
