squint at the pic. If it's a jpeg, you can open it up in photoshop and do some smudging, bluring, cloning, abnd sharpening to get it all done.

There is an old program out there that is suppose to do this i tried it and couldn’t get it to work it was a link someone posted it may have been Fishs or wogga but I honestly cant remember here it is http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA013065/index2_j.htm hope it works for you and if it does let us all know please

www.patches.org used to have the answer to your problem. There are two programes that I know of which I got from them years ago, one of which is called FLmask, and the other may have been flmask32. Try googling, but with caution, 'cos there are all sorts of nasties in this area.
