1] click on link
2] scroll down page and choose "FREE DOWNLOAD"
3] a countdown may occur [so wait] or a direct clickable link will appear
4] right click and save file as option...... do not attempt to use Download accelarator software such as Flashget or DAP, it specifically states these options are only available to "premium users" so don't think you can fool their software, choose "FREE"
5] while file is downloading, don't be surfing the web and opening new pages of internet, do like I do, go get a beer or cup of joe and tidy up the place, your download will make a sound when it's thru downloading
6] to download another file from this server you must wait an hour, if you try, it will tell you this message that you "MUST" wait so wait, watch the file you downloaded and spank 'yo monkey, girlz finger that boxz.............
