A bit of advice from inquisitor please.....

I am bombarded by fucking e.mail spam i.e. stuff for viagra, is your cock hard enough etc, etc. I've tried 'opting out' by mail but still I get these fucking shite ads.
I don't want to change my e.mail address 'cos I've got friends all over the world but could you suggest a program to block all this crap please?
Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved.
Thanks for your advice.
(p.s. I don't paying for a prog but a freebee would be nice.)

if you have norton 2005 internet security, you can configure that to block addresses you believe to be spam senders.
