joining .wmv files

I've downloaded a movie that has been split in five pieces. I can play each one individually but can I join them all...? Help would be appreciated please.

Microsoft provides a program called "MOVIE MAKER", if you dont already have it, you can get it free by connecting to the Windows update site.

From there, all you need to do is drag all the WMA's onto the time line at the bottom of the program, then click on save media. and it will compile all the segments into one WMA.

you can also add custom effects, transitions and credits if you want to.

Not that I can possibly comment further on this as it might get deleted (AGAIN), but if you're saying you cant get hold of a copy of XP, ummm.. the internet is in front of you

it might be on there somewhere.
