Basically if you have uploaded a video and you have not made it you don’t have copyright or the license to post it.
But if you find a promo page then you are able to post it as you haven’t made it or uploaded it
Something like this is fine http://galls.pissfilms.com/new/s1024/a/general.htm
As one would assume the owner of the page holds the license to use the material
