I have tried this file at different time periods, each time being told that there is a 3 hour wait. is there any chance you can host this on another server, or mail it to my GMail account (can accept up to 2.5gig's there)

Please PM me if you are happy to mail me. (or anyone else for that matter, that manages to sucessfully get these files)
