have followed your advice to the letter stopped using microwave turned on pc AND have also done as suggested by Inquisitor, and tried accessing using firefox browser Fandabidozie now turbouplooad and Zupload both working fine it has been worth the effort many thanks for your most glorious posts Sir G

Just in case anyone else has been encountering the same difficulties as us in downloading for turboupload, i thought we should share the friuts of Inquisitor's help the download was always aborting aith a message that the server had an internal error we had tried both AOL and IE with the same result...

inquisitor rules ok!

thanks for posting, but after the link appears and i click on it, the next page is a HTTP 404 Not Found page

any ideas?
