I have tried again and they've obviously cleaned the pigeon poo out of the works as d/l speeds now v.quick!!

I know what you mean about the lurkers but....

I give up - it was d/l at 2.5kb/sec and that would have taken over 5 hours. Maybe Lucy's carrier pigeon has crapped in the works which is why it's so slow. I will try again later and see if things have improved but...!
