It's turboUPLOAD not turbo download. It's the download where the mogadon sets in. As I write I'm on 18% after 3 minutes.

If you've already downloaded the file, then any request for a password would be a total mystery to me.
If you haven't downloaded it my guess is you've requested a premium download while not being a quickfile subscriber.
