Fatso's Pee Board

I've seen her before, and she always wears those shades. Oh well, it's not really her eyes we are interested in!

Does anyone know where there is more of her to be found? I saw one of her standing by a car peeing recently as part of a collection I got from somewhere, but have no sets.
